The Tasting Room

Wander the property with a glass in hand, settle in under a canopy of Live Oaks or pull up a seat at the bar inside our beautiful, rustic tasting room. 

We offer a full-range selection of red, white and rose wines, as well as curated boards if you need a bite to eat. Our ingredients are locally sourced and dishes are made to order in-house. Our food specials rotate to showcase hill country and suit the season.

In fact, the person pouring your glass of wine likely helped harvest the grapes that made it!

we’re pretty hands on. We plant, prune, harvest, sort, smoke, bake and serve most everything in-house.

Our Tasting Room celebrates the culture and history of the Texas Hill Country:

Our bar top is salvaged cypress from a tree downed in the Wimberley Memorial Day Flood. The cedar decorating the tasting room is from a local mill. Our tables are old box car floorings from a local artisan. We proudly display the art of our creative regulars on our walls.
